The admission procedure for the course in this college is to clear the entrance exam of NEET. Any candidate who has completed his 10+2 from a recognized board in science stream can apply for the entrance exam and after getting a good rank he can apply for the admission.

National Institute of Technology, Manipur conducted its 2020 Final Placement drive by hosting over 14 different recruiters who provided 35 job opportunities to the students from the B.Tech. and M.Tech. programs. The highest CTC bagged by the students was INR. 12 LPA while the average CTC stood at INR. 6 LPA.
